Jeff Bezos is at it again! Remember just TWO WEEKS ago when I did an episode on Jeffrey suing the department of defense because one of his companies lost out on a government contract? Well, what I didn’t know at the time was that there was a second lawsuit for another of Jeff’s companies against NASA (the National Aeronautics & Space Administration).
This lawsuit looks very similar to the JEDI lawsuit. Essentially “It’s not fair that my company lost the contract, so let’s share the contract”. It was announced that this lawsuit is getting thrown out by the Government Accountability Office (GAO). This week I sit down with Kyle Floyd to talk about getting revenue from precious minerals mines. Kyle is the founder and CEO of Vox Royalty; Which is a Canadian publicly traded company which buys mines, but does not actually mine the minerals. Instead, Vox leases the mine to a mining company and takes a percentage of the revenue.
In this interview we talk about: commodities investing, precious minerals investing, using leverage in investing, how a royalty system works, and I even ask some technical questions on how Vox operates. This was a really fun episode to make and it has some great information for you!

Today I talk about an article published by ProPublica that has since been picked up by just about all of the financial media outlets. In the midst of going through IRS documents released by a major leak, ProPublica found that Peter Thiel, one of the founders of Paypal, bought shares of Paypay within his Roth IRA in 1999 and has since grown his account to be worth $5 billion. Since those gains are within a Roth IRA, Mr. Thiel is not going to have to pay taxes on ANY of his gains and essentially will be getting his $5 billion with no taxes.
